Join us for this fun, energizing workout. This fat burning workout is for all ages and fitness levels. Aerobic moves are put together with high energy music. Noodles are used for the toning segment (arms, chest, shoulders, back, thighs and abs). Bring a friend and have some fun! Wear your bathing suit, bring a noodle and water.
